Hours Of Operation
Our phones are answered from 8AM to 5PM Eastern US Time Monday through Friday and 8AM until 12PM on Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays and for all USA National Holidays. If we are with a customer and you leave a message, You Can Expect A Return Call Within A Few Minutes.
Shipping And Freight Quote Policy
Our primary freight carrier is UPS and USPS. All "Freight Included" products on our site are only offered in the north 48 contiguous USA States. If you live outside the continental 48 USA states or require International Shipping, we will gladly give you an exact freight quote, we do not mark up the shipping cost, you will pay whatever it costs us. We will pass our freight discount on to you helping you save money on the freight.
Damaged Freight Policy
It is your responsibility to check the freight for damage before the truck leaves your delivery spot and have the delivery company notate damage. YOU MUST NOTIFY US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE DAMAGE.
We require payment in full before your item is sent. We accept all major credit cards, Pay Pal, Electronic Check Transfers, Cashier's checks and Personnel Checks (It must clear your bank first). All prices are USD currency. Sales tax may be required for Arkansas residents unless you can provide a tax number for resale.
Warranty and Equipment Specifications
All of our products carry a minimum of 180-day satisfaction warranty on the product from the purchase date and additional warranty may apply depending on the manufacture, ask our sales department for specific warranty details for the item you're interested in. We may decide to send you a replacement part, or have you return the item here for servicing. Please note: All equipment specifications and policy changes are subject to change without notice even though we make every effort to keep our web site up-dated. Please discuss specifications and questions regarding our policy's with your salesperson before making final order.
A 20% return charge may be charged to all "Non Damaged" merchandise unless you have made special prior arrangements with our sales department and you will be responsible for the shipping cost. Only items that are unopened and in the original packaging may be returned unless the item is damaged upon arrival to you. A refund will be given only after the buyer has shipped the item back using USPS and we inspect the item for damage. All merchandise returned by the buyer should be insured and is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend that the customer always package the returned merchandise well and insure the merchandise for the original purchase price. No refund will be made on returned merchandise that has been damaged. Refunds are only issued on "NEW" and "Unused Equipment" that has not been used unless authorized by our sales department. No refunds will be issued on installation costs
Warranty Parts Replacements
If you have an item that is under warranty and need replacement parts, we offer two options: 1. We will send you a shipping label for the return shipping costs. After we inspect the item and confirm the defect, we will then send you a replacement part. 2. We can take your credit card information and send you a replacement part, when we confirm the defect we will credit the charges to your credit card. (This option is the fastest if you need your equipment working quickly).
